Day four…salmon
So it’s dinner time of day four. Today’s been a good day, my packed lunch filled me up so I’m doing the same for tomorrow. I’m boiling some eggs, so if I do get hungry or snacky, which I haven’t been so far as the food I’m eating is really nourishing me, it’s quite high in protein so it’s filling and satisfying and I’ve not got all those additives that are kick-starting cravings in me, so that’s good. Tonight I’ve got a bit of salmon, it was around but not as widely as today because in the 14th century we built all those lovely water mills that really stuffed things up for the salmon, but it was around so I don’t feel guilty including it in my diet. So I’ve got salmon, mushrooms, broad beans, cabbage and peas, seasoned with mint.
My energy levels are good, I’m impressed so far, even if it is only day four…!
