A display of gardening and woodworking tools outdoors, including a table with jars, scissors, and plants, a wooden box with herbs, and a trellis made of wooden slats. Behind the table, there is a white fabric or canvas backdrop attached to trees in a lush green outdoor setting.

What I’m doing

I'm exploring the fascinating connections between 15th-century herbal practices and their influence on todays herbal therapeutic methods. It's an interesting journey...

My mission is to bridge the gap between 15th-century herbalism and today's herbal health practices and look at how what we eat can impact our health both mentally and physically.

To reinforce my learning I have recently started studying Herbal Medicine with the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

I’m a fifteenth century reenactor so I spend a fair amount of the summer months time-travelling between the 15th and 21st centuries.

Join me as I go on this journey exploring our links to the past, my hope is that you will find it informative and thought provoking.
