Day four…less ‘fizz’ going on in my body
So this is day four. It’s a very quick update, but yesterday I just caved and had a coffee because my head was just pounding, I’d had meadowsweet but needed something more, so I had some caffeine as it felt like my body was screaming at me.
Today it got to breakfast time and I wasn’t hungry, but I did have a slice of bread and butter, just so I’d had something, and I got into work and suddenly felt really hungry, I’m not sure if it’s physiological or not but I had a pear. I’ve done myself an amazing packed lunch with a chunk of break, little bit of cheese, some of the chicken I’d cooked with sage yesterday, then some of the peas and broad beans that I’d cooked up recently, which all looks very nice, and an apple.
For dinner tonight it’ll probably be fried eggs and mushrooms, which I quite fancy.
Yesterday afternoon, yesterday evening, I felt so much calmer - like there’s less ‘fizz’ going on in my body, less noise going on in my head, and I slept so well and woke before my alarm this morning. Feeling good at the moment!
