Day three…banging headache

So I’ve just been to Iceland and I’ve bought a load of fish for £10, and they’d got some British diced beef reduced right down to just over £2, so that’s currently in my oven. I’m making up something similar to what I did the other day with onions, and slow cooking the beef but I’m not putting in flax as it made it gloopy, just a few oats. I’ve also got fish and flaxbread cooking in the oven, so I have something for lunches for the next three days and I’ve got some chicken thighs, I’ve got fruit stating at me, pears and apples and plums. I’m really not hungry, I’ve eaten a pear today and a handful of nuts, and I’m really not hungry.

What I have got though is a banging headache. So when I got back from town I had some salt to see if that would help shift it, it’s eased a little bit and I’m going to make myself a meadowsweet tea to see if that will help fight it.

One observation is, I’m amazed how many additives are in things. Even in cheese there’s colouring, took me a while to find even a cheese with no colouring. It’s really opening my eyes to what they are putting in food, things are not needed - I’d happily eat Double Gloucester cheese if it was a different colour, there’s simply no  need for colouring.
