Day ten…Mega breakthrough

So this is day 10, and I’m just cooking some salmon with broad beans and peas, and then I’m going to have some strawberries, blackberries and raspberries afterwards as I have some frozen fruits. Obviously no sugar, I’m hoping that as I haven’t had anything sweet in a while, apart from a bit of honey yesterday, that they’ll seem sweet. If not, I’ll drizzle a bit of honey over them! 

What I wanted to capture really, is that I’ve had a breakthrough moment. Normally, if I have a stressy day, such as going to the dentist today and then having technical challenges with the website, I’d give up and go and find something that I could eat, and it’s normally junk food - the two went hand in hand, something would upset me slightly or derail me slightly and my way of coping was to have something sugary, BUT I’ve not even been tempted today, not once! I’ve only realised it when looking at the fruit I’m going to have and thinking if it’s not sweet enough I’ll put a bit of honey on…and then it struck me. And this is MEGA for me so I needed to record it. Bye for now.
