30 days of 15th century eating

I wondered if herbs seemed more effective 'back in the day' because we didn't have the additives and preservatives in our bodies that we do today. So I challenged myself to 30 days of 15th century eating to see what impact it had on my body and mental health, as well as how my herbal preparations work on me as a result.

The results were above and beyond what I expected. I found the impact of clean eating affected me positively both mentally and physically.
